Tina has been on every side of the Australian property market—from relocating to Sydney as a renter and living in over ten different properties, to becoming a homeowner and property investor.
While she's grateful for the experiences, memories, and friends she made along the way, she hasn't forgotten the difficulties that come with a property search, especially for those who can't be there in person. She understands the frustration of searching for a home from afar, the endless hours spent poring over online listings that lack crucial details, and the agonising decisions that come with it. She vividly remembers the difficult choice between caring for her young son and taking an interstate flight just for a weekend inspection. For remote renters and buyers, this problem is amplified—the uncertainty of committing to a property you've never seen, the stress of a competitive market, and the fear of missing out.
